Frieze Carpet Color

Now that you have decided that you are going to purchase frieze carpet you must choose the right color. Frieze carpets come in many different colors as well as different patterns. Because of the way frieze carpet is made it will be difficult to find a decadent design on the carpet. So expect to find more simple patterns in frieze carpet. Typically when you are looking for frieze carpet you are going to find either solid color, such as red, blue, beige, or green, or flecked colors. The fleck color option has multiple colors in small patches in the frieze carpet. For example, you can get a tan colored frieze carpet with brown or black specks in it. This will help to hide all the soil and traffic stains. Choosing fleck for your frieze carpet will ensure that your carpet will look fresh and last longer because it will be difficult to see the dirt. The flecked coloring option is also more visually appealing to some people over the solid color. While the solid color option helps bring attention to the twist that the fiber creates. Unfortunately though, the solid color frieze carpets show more stains and dirt. This means you will have to clean this carpet a lot more just to keep it looking nice. At the same rate, you should still maintain your frieze carpet with either color style you choose and remember, both types of colors for frieze carpet will eventually wear down and become “ugly” over time.
While you are searching for the right color for your home you should ask for samples of each color of frieze carpet that you like and then take it home to see if it matches your furniture or any other item you want your carpet to match. You should be able to find samples of frieze carpet at most carpet stores that you visit. You will want to make sure the frieze carpet you chose goes hand in hand with the colors of the walls and the rest of your furniture so choose wisely.
